These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of UroPrime dietary supplements through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the UroPrime website at https://uroprime.life/ and its country-specific versions for Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
The seller is RSA Group SIA, Kandavas 41a, Riga, LV-1083, Latvia, email: info@rsa-group.eu (the "Seller").
The customer is any natural person who is at least 18 years old and places an order as a consumer (the "Customer"). By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they meet these requirements.
UroPrime is a dietary supplement, not a medicinal product. It contains a blend of plant extracts and micronutrients intended to support normal prostate and urinary tract function in men. Detailed ingredient information and recommended dosage are provided on the product page and the packaging.
The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment.

The contract between the Seller and the Customer is concluded upon this verbal confirmation.
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. The current prices are:

Payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery). The Customer pays the full amount to the delivery agent when the product is delivered. No payment is required at the time of order placement.
Delivery is free of charge to addresses within Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The estimated delivery time is 1–4 working days depending on the region.
If the Customer is not available at the delivery address, the delivery agent will attempt to contact them using the phone number provided. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or unavailability of the Customer.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which the Customer (or a third party designated by the Customer) received the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@rsa-group.eu). The withdrawal is effective if the notification is sent before the 14-day period expires.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Since UroPrime is a dietary supplement intended for oral consumption, opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For unopened, undamaged products, the Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the Seller has agreed to cover these costs.
If the Customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until the Seller has received the returned goods or the Customer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive (EU) 2019/771), the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery. If the product is defective or does not conform to the description, the Customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable national law.
UroPrime is a dietary supplement. The Customer must observe the following:
The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The Customer is responsible for reading the full product information before use.
The Seller is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product, failure to follow the instructions, or individual reactions to ingredients. The Customer is advised to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new dietary supplement.
If the Customer has a complaint, they should contact the Seller at info@rsa-group.eu. The Seller will respond within 30 days.
Under EU Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), the Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in the Customer's country of residence (Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic).
For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Customer's country of residence or, at the Customer's choice, the courts of Latvia.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to the Customer's order is the version published on the website at the time the order is confirmed. Amendments do not affect already concluded contracts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original provision.
